To help our clients manage their cutting edge products, we’re looking for someone who can:
Attend product planning sessions to document features and roadmap items.
Work with the product manager to convert requirements into Jira epic and bite-size tickets with requirements and test cases.
Manage and track the progress of those Jira tickets.
Work with the team to test and verify the delivery matches with the acceptance criteria
Work with the team to remove roadblocks, wherever there is a lack of clarity in requirements or details required to deliver features.
Work with the team to plan and execute product releases, including but not limited to release notes preparation, post-release verification (smoke testing), and monitoring of system logs/alerts for errors.
Who are we looking for
4+ years experience at BA or similar positions.
Excellent communication skills in English is a must-have.
Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology infrastructure and computer software applications.
Good UI/UX knowledge/experience.
Good presentation and client relation skills.
Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
Experience identifying, analysing and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks or projects.
Having a technical background is a plus.
